A Builder Who Gets It

My journey in homebuilding started with a framing company in Arizona, where I gained hands-on construction experience and learned how to manage the building process. After returning to Pennsylvania, I worked for a local builder in the Pittsburgh area, where I learned the business side of residential construction. In 2018, I launched my own path by investing in rental properties and flipping homes — discovering what adds real value and what makes a home truly livable. That foundation led to the launch of our custom homebuilding company in 2021. Today, we offer a more personal, thoughtful, and innovative approach to helping clients design and build their forever home.

I started with buying rental properties and flipping houses — learning what worked, what didn’t, and how to bring real value to a home. By 2021, we had leaped into custom home building, offering homeowners a more innovative and personal way to create their forever home.
